4 Months Late...

Oh dear...Haven't posted anything for four months. You'd think maybe I'm just being a lazy turd, but really, I don't have all of my equipment together. I don't have photoshop or illustrator, or even a scanner, so what could I do? I can't even post new photos of my dear rabbit, Fuu, because he's with Miss Soey Milk for the summer. Alas, my sorrow!

I am painting stupid scenes of bunny mermaids and such in watercolor, but they're no good. Super frustrated. Only thing that seems to make me feel better is listening to music. It's none of that Katy Perry/Justin Beiber whatever crap:

Yes, yes, I know, sure it's Audrey Hepburn in pretty colors. Not really a creative project. I mean, it looks like something from Design 2 of all classes, but it was a gift to a boy which transfered to a gift to his brother. All this for a free TV, which will reside with me in...near future?

Hmmm, why haven't I posted here in a while? Well, due to the lack of a decent computer and both the illustrator and photoshop programs, the most I could do for the remainder of my break was to laze about within my domain, living on the stale contents of my fridge.

And I was supposed to create event posters for a combined birthday party with Dillon and Darcy, but that delayed til now. Here they are:

And finally this is the very crazy, wonderful, and amazing GODDESS OF A COMPLETE AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST with her minions, Sir Milk and Mr. Fried Egg. And the very extra awesome thing in addition to the sheer awesome-ness of Breakfast Goddess and her loyal minions is that they have a BACKGROUND OF BREAKFAST GOODS BEHIND THEM!!! This has not happened before since I have been too lazy to even bother putting in a background, but that has all changed! It's going to be an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G fall term kids and imaginary viewers!

Seeing as I haven't posted anything here for awhile (in my terms), I shall at least post something. Unfortunately, it is nothing innovative or exciting as it's only color scheme examples of my family's hotel. Along with remodeling the interior, my dad also decided on repainting the exterior. That's where his lazy art school daughter comes in: choosing what colors. It's nothing great or AMAZING but it's the only piece of digital "art" work that I've done lately. I have been drawing in a sketchbook, but am unable to post them because I have no scanner or USB cord to upload them from.
Like I said, nothing special, but since I did put some effort to map out the dang thing, it just might be worth uploading onto my lonely blog. My dad liked the top one but I like the middle one. Does it even matter...?

Amusement Parks Are So Swell

Once again, the last time I went to the mall, I saw something that inspired me. The Hermes display window had these hot air balloon models with a bunch of the fashion brand's scarves. The hot air balloons reminded me of those carnivals and amusement parks with the ferris wheels, etc. And of course, I always have Robin on my mind, so the hot air balloon will be in the shape of a lovely bunny:

Bunny Egg Shaper!

Today at the mall, I saw those egg-shapers that you use to make your fried eggs circular. And then I thought about Robin, my rabbit. Combine these two thoughts, and you get image below:

A made-up "Bunny Egg Shaper" advertisement...I made Robin the official spokesrabbit of this imaginary product. I really wish I have a "Bunny Egg Shaper". It would make sense, since I like rabbits and fried eggs. But I don't eat rabbits, just love them <3

Was in the beach city, Rayong (Thailand) a few hours ago for my late Yai Yai's (grandma) funeral. Stayed a total of 5 nights. Arrived at the capital, Bangkok, by bus today. Now here's a riddle for those interested:

If Pam got 18 mosquito bites on Thursday, 1 on Friday, 15 on Saturday, and 9 on Sunday, how many mosquito bites did Pam get in all?

Seriously, what is the point of a mosquito's existence? All they do is spread malaria and leave itchy, swollen bumps all over the body.

Last Night In South CA

So I've finally moved out all of the stuff that used to fill my apartment into a pathetic little hole also known as one of many cruddy U-HAUL storage units.

My life is also in one of those clusterfuck moments that I so want to get out. For one thing, I think that the Rayong public hospital needs to go fuck themselves-fucking no private rooms for their patients, only shitty fans because there is no a/c, and worthless doctors. Yeah, this is not the most eloquent rant ever, but my poor poor grandma wouldn't be in such a critical condition right now if it weren't for such below mediocre standards that the fucking Rayong hospital had to offer. Oh and addition to that, my Yai Yai is also dying due to the lack of responsibility and organization that the majority of my relatives seem to possess. So folks, I'll be in Thailand in two days, going on a 17 hour flight, and then a 3 hour drive to the lovely city of Rayong.

On another note, I deleted all my images because I feel that my work as been on the downside this term. So I'll start with a new slate and hopefully pull out some better pieces.

Thank you for those who have been there for me when I've been down. Even though my mind is in the dark, my friends and immediate family have convinced me that life is worth living. And after all, we know how to have a good time too. Karaoke night was the bomb Friday night.

A Poem For a Darling Friend

This is a poem for an old childhood friend. She's been giving me a Christmas and birthday gift every year and I haven't given her either for 3 years. Pam's been so very bad! Shameless! So I wrote this poem as the beginning of a line of handmade gifts for her. I'm so sorry Sherry! But here's the poem:

when i first met you
you were a silent child
and our beady eyes stared
while thoughts began to pile
but one thing for sure
that I certainly never knew
was that you were to be my dearest friend
and so forth through and through

we would have birthday parties
and make flower chains
we would lay in your hammock
in your company, I'd feel no pain
and the years would pass
and I might know less of you
but you are my dearest friend
and it will continue through and through

we may grow up and get a job
and marry some guy--or not
we may have kids or none at all
